99 % Girl

We went to the doctor today for our 20 week ultrasound and appointment. The tech said that she is 99% sure that we are having a girl. Here are some of her pics!!! She weighs 15 ounces. The first picture is her profile. The second is her little foot, 1 inch long. The third is of her arms crossed in front of her face. She was a little stubborn and they need to take one more picture of her spine so I am going back on Tuesday to have another ultrasound. The doctor said everything is going well and all looks great! We are pretty proud parents today. Now I don't have to listen to John's silly boy name choices either, hee hee :)

20 Weeks

Halfway already! I can't believe how fast time goes by. I am feeling terrific and the belly is really starting to grow.

John is being a bum most weekends...naturally. He has been a good sport and gone to a bunch of different baby stores to look at stuff.

I am just so excited...two babies born in one week. Camdyn Danielle Seifert was born on Tuesday, February 19 to my friends, Andrea and Danny. I can't wait to meet the cuties in April when I head back to MN!

Good News...

Today my friend John and his girlfriend Ashley had a bouncing 9lb. baby boy- Lukas Alan Haberman!

Here's the baby furniture. We were too tired to put it together and besides I think we have some time to get it all done. :)

Nineteen Weeks

We went and picked up our baby furniture today. We had a nice

lunch and just hung out together (our favorite thing to do). Today was the first day that a stranger asked how far along I was.

Nearly Nineteen Weeks

At nineteen weeks our tiny baby is about 6 inches and weighs about 8oz. So tiny! I was just laying in bed reading and I felt the baby move numerous times. It is an absolutely amazing feeling!

I should not have spoken so fast about the weight...I gained two pounds on the scale this morning. Boo! I was also devastated today when I spotted some stretch marks. I even cried...lol!

Here is the crib we picked out at Babies'R Us. We are going to go pick it up this weekend in Denver. We are both excited to start working in the nursery. We are also going to have a nice little belated Valentine's Day lunch together.

I am just starting to have noticable changes with my body. Only recently have I started wearing maternity pants. John calls them my "sweat pants". I love them...they are so comfortable. I haven't gained any weight yet which is nice. My belly has grown... it is currently 37 inches around. I measure it once a week to see what is going on.

18 Weeks

John took this picture today- Saturday, February 9, 2008. The baby is starting to show in my belly! I feel really good! We are having our second ultrasound on Friday, February 29. Stay tuned to find out...

Baby Kinyon

Our first ultrasound picture taken at eight weeks. He or She is the size of a pinto bean. It was an amazing experience! John and I both left with giant smiles on our faces.
