Snow...finally!

Sledding fun in the fresh snow, this is not an action shot. We moved very slowly around the yard. Lanie did a great job of holding on to Collin.
Lanie was very excited to help Daddy with her shovel for the first time.

He is getting pretty good at pushing this cart around the room, walking may not be too far away. I have been teaching Collin a few simple signs in sign language. This afternoon he mimicked the sign for more to me. It was quite exciting!! Just the other day he said, "Uh, Oh" and this morning I swear I heard him say, "mom" that one was probably wishful thinking.

Lanie Kay LOVES, LOVES, LOVES lip gloss. She received a bunch for Christmas and is obsessed with putting it on. As you can she see needs a little assistance with application and moderation.

I just love the Colorado sun. It warms up the house every afternoon.

Someone was naughty during nap time and put stickers all over her bed. I was mad but it was hard not to laugh. Look at her face, she knew she was in trouble. Collin was right there to investigate.

Lanie got a train for Christmas from Grandma Susan and she gets so mad when he touches it.

Lanie got a DVD player from the early "Santa" and loves to watch her "Happy Feet" DVD on it..for five minutes at a time.

Lanie absolutely LOVES opening presents this year. She even said that she needs to be good and not on Santa's naughty list.

Oh boy, Collin really loves to watch t.v....not good!

She thinks her juice would be better with some oranges, chips and whatever else she can dump in there.

Silly goof! She loves this book, The Alphabet Book. It was given to me by my Grandma Jean when I was a small child. Thanks Mom for saving "everything".

My mini me...she loves to copy what I am doing. Her newest thing is putting her baby into the moby wrap like I put Collin. It is pretty cute! We tie her blankie around her and she puts her baby in it.
