Somebody figured out how to crawl onto mom and dad's bed and did so about 30 times while I folded laundry last night.

"Bink, bink, baby bink" She is obsessed with Collin's bink and would like to have hers all the time. No, we have not broken her of it yet. She has been a very good big sister thus far!

We went to the doctor yesterday. He currently weighs 7 pounds. He lost 6 ounces which is not too bad. Everything else looked good. He will need to go back when he is two weeks old. Hopefully I will be able to drive by then but I guess it isn't so bad being chauffeured around....thanks Glenda! Just think...today I would have been 40 weeks. I sure am glad he came when he did!!

Miss Lanie is carting her baby around in a baby backpack, it is the same backpack I carried my Cabbage Patch around in 26 years ago. I put a newborn diaper and onesie on her baby and she just loves taking the baby's diaper on and off.

4 days old

Today marks four days old for the little guy! He has been a pretty good baby; content, good sleeper and good eater. He is so tiny! I changed Lanie's diaper this morning for the first time since I have been home. I can't believe how much they grow in a matter of months. Lanie had a hard time this morning. She was crabby about everything except holding the bottle to help feed the baby. She loves to help with the baby but gets real ticked when mom can't pick her up. Every day I feel better but I am anxious to be healed; having a c-section is real bummer.
