Since I have been out of school for the last week and have quite a bit more time on my hands, I have been scouring cooking blogs and cooking some really yummy meals. This recipe is called, French Onion Soup Stuffed Mushrooms. The recipe can be found at
http://thepioneerwoman.com . I found this blog from my fellow blogger, co-worker, and friend, Jovial Jessica. The website has lots of appetizing recipes. These mushrooms are soooo delicious! John and I ate all of them, two whole packages. Yikes! The recipe calls for Gruyere cheese which I have never had. It is scrumptious! On the menu for breakfast tomorrow morning, Creme Brulee French Toast topped with Bananas Fosters. I can't wait!
Grandma Patti brought over some stickers and the kids had a blast plastering them all over their house.
Lanie got some watercolors for Christmas. She gladly shared them with Collin and they painted away.
