The beginning...We are getting close to meeting our little one, July 12 is our official due date. I am getting really anxious and impatient. When you think about it, I have already waited 39 weeks so what is one more? It is torture! The time is definitely going by slow. There are no more spaces for belly pictures in the Belly Book journal that I have been keeping so the baby has to come this week. My belly is also getting so big (43.5 inches around) that none of my shirts are long enough and it hangs out. It makes me cry. John says he likes it. "It's cute," he says. I think he is just being nice. I am grateful that I feel well. I can't wear my wedding ring much but I'm not super swollen up so that is nice. The nursery is all ready to go and actually got some use yesterday because Elizabeth, Josh & Kyler came over for the afternoon. Kyler made use of the changing table and bouncer. It will be fun that our kids are so close in age.
I hope the next blog is a baby announcement! 7-7-08 or even 7-8-08 would be fun birthdates. Let's just see if Lanie agrees.
