Spending time with Papa on his birthday

I guess John is getting pretty good at using that smoker of ours....he is getting requests. Chuck's birthday was on Tuesday and he requested smoked chicken. Chuck says it is the best he has ever had. John is beginning to think he is the king of the smoker and I have to agree he has cranked out some pretty fantastic meat this summer. We have definitely eaten well!
